Full Journal pdf2014-04-25 House Journal Page 2827 HB 369 Representative Pruitt moved and asked unanimous consent that the House consider the Senate message (page 2823) on the following: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 369(JUD) "An Act relating to restrictions on the criminal prosecution for certain offenses for a person who seeks medical assistance for a person experiencing a drug overdose." and SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 369(JUD) (same title) There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Pruitt moved that the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 369(JUD), thus adopting SCS CSHB 369(JUD), and recommended that the members vote yes. The question being: "Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 369(JUD)?"
